FRANCHISE SYSTEM
OVERVIEW
Miami Subs Pizza & Grill is constantly expanding its market through the opening of franchised restaurants. The parent Company will grant (via a Franchise Agreement) an individual unit owner (a franchisee) the right to establish and operate a Miami Subs Pizza & Grill and to market Miami Subs Pizza & Grill products and services while using the company’s name, reputation, and marketing techniques.
Franchising is Miami Subs Pizza & Grill’s form of licensing a franchise owner to use and enjoy the benefits derived from selling products and services of a well-known brand. The products, methods, and services being marketed are identified by our brand name.
The keys to our success are our trademarks, uniforms, equipment specifications, and standardized services, and of course, our proprietary recipes. The International Franchise Association, of which we are a proud member, defines franchising as “a continuing relationship in which the Franchisor provides a licensed privilege to do business, plus assistance in organizing, training, merchandising, and management in return for a consideration from the franchisee”
Our franchisees are required to conduct every step of their operation in strict conformity with our Operations Manual. In return, the individual franchisee can share in and benefit from the goodwill built up by all the other outlets which bear our name.
The success of the entire Miami Subs Pizza & Grill system is dependent upon the dedicated team effort of every franchise owner in conjunction with Head Office. Remember, franchising is, in fact, an ongoing team effort. Together, we can strive to build the most successful franchise system anywhere.
SINGLE UNIT MODEL
