The New Miami Subs Grill has invested millions of dollars in developing our systems, learning from our growing pains, and striving to create a winning franchise opportunity for capable and enthusiastic owners. We offer two franchise programs: Single Unit and Area Development.
You Want a Single Unit*
Whether you’re in a small town, or in a suburb of a major metropolitan city, perhaps you want to start with just one Miami Subs Grill franchise. Typically, we look for existing freestanding restaurant buildings (with about 2,500 to 3,000 square feet inside space) that have some infrastructure already in place, as well as a drive-thru and good visibility.
The average investment in a typical freestanding unit is about $300,000. If you don’t have that in liquid assets, then you should have at least half ($150,000) to qualify for possible financing. We don’t offer financing directly, but we can help you locate lending sources in your area.
*We also have an Express Unit for special locations—from 500 to 1,000 square feet—that are not considered traditional locations, like mall food courts, airports, universities and convenience store sites. The investment in an Express Unit can average around $175,000, and usually serves a limited menu, too.
You Want to Develop Multiple Units in an Area
If you would like to develop 3 or more New Miami Subs Grill restaurants in a protected territory in your city or state, we require that your financial strength is equal to or greater than the cost of the number of restaurants you want to open in your Development Area. If you wish to develop units outside the USA, please contact us directly.
